S/he will make recommendations and sketch designs for you on the spot.
If necessary, full renderings can be made and presented to you, and we may source and purchase the items for you.
For Shopping Concierge:
Send us the photo of your dream item(s) and we will source for it and have it delivered to your doorstep.
For Personal Shopper:
Talk to our personal shopper about the items you are looking for. S/he will arrange a time with you to visit the shops and help you to select the perfect piece for your space.
You will be paired with a IR3 specialist who will be with you from the start to finish. You can consider him/her as your new best friend, only with much better taste in interior decorating.
S/he will help you choose the right package / specialised services, and then ensure everything goes smoothly and your dream space comes true.

I am thinking to get a renovation. Why should I do IR3 instead?
We know that all your friends are probably talking about getting home renovation, but we also know that you are smarter than them! Even if you don't mind the exorbitant amount charged by renovation contractors, think about the lengthy process, the level of disruption in your home and how it will affect you and your family's daily activities. IR3 service can give you the look you’ve always wanted, at the fraction of the cost and minimum disruption; by playing with the colors, lighting, furniture placement, furniture refurbishment, and other things you never think of before!
I still don't get the difference between your level of services above. Which one should I choose?
Everybody's favorite is the full turn-key service, where all you have to do is to tell us what you want, close your eyes, and let us do the rest (although you are more than welcome to give your two cents along the way). However, if you like getting crafty yourself or you enjoy shopping alone, you can hire us to do consulting only so that we can provide you a clear direction for you to follow. Or, if you are already satisfied with your space and all it's lacking is just a few signature pieces that you couldn't get hold of, you can get us to source, purchase and get them delivered to your doorstep.
I want turn-key service but I need to get my house done for an event / before my baby is born. How long will the process take?
It depends on how big the space is, how thorough you want the change to be, and so on. The process can take from a few weeks to a few months. Feel free to talk to us about your specific needs, requirements and time constraints, and we will work out a proposal that suits your time frame.
